Why I Created the 6 Month Comeback Method

I’ve been a NASM-certified personal trainer since 2014, with specializations in corrective exercise, weight loss, and posture alignment. I’m also a black belt in Shorin-Ryu karate — discipline and consistency have always been at the core of my life.

But like many men, I once found myself out of shape, stressed, and carrying a gut I didn’t want.

That’s when I realized something simple but powerful:
I would never be given another body — so I had to build one I could be proud of.

That journey became the foundation of the 6 Month Comeback Method.

Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of men build muscle, lose fat, eliminate pain, and regain their confidence — all without sacrificing their careers or family time.

Question 1: What if I've never lifted weights before?

That’s perfectly fine — most men who join are starting fresh. We’ll teach you proper form, track your progress, and design workouts that match your level today. You’ll get stronger and more confident each week.

Question 2: Do I have to follow a super strict diet?

We don’t believe in fad diets. Instead, you’ll learn simple calorie and protein tracking that lets you enjoy real food — and still lose fat while building muscle.

Question 3: What if I have old injuries or aches and pains?

We specialize in corrective exercise and posture alignment. We’ll design around your limitations and help you rebuild strength safely, without aggravating old issues.

Question 4: I travel for work - will this work for me?

Yes. If you travel, I’ll create a portable plan using bodyweight, bands, or hotel gym equipment so you can stay on track no matter where you are.

Question 5: How much time do I need each week?

3–5 workouts per week
~45–60 minutes each
plus quick check-ins.

Question 6: Will I look like Mr. Universe or Thor from the movies at the end of the program?

No — and that’s not the goal. You’ll lose fat, build noticeable muscle, and look lean, strong, and confident. Think “fit professional,” not movie superhero.

Question 7: Is there a guarantee?

Yes — if you do the work, you’ll get results.

Complete your scheduled workouts, submit your nutrition check-ins, and follow your customized plan.

If after 6 months you don’t see measurable progress in strength, energy, and appearance, I’ll extend your coaching at no cost until you do.
